Agreement and service scope
These Terms govern your use of the CoachWrk website, coach web app, and client app. CoachWrk is operated by Mostafa Emara in Egypt. By using the service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use CoachWrk.
CoachWrk is intended for adults. It provides tools for organizing coaching relationships, plans, follow-ups, logs, and client information. It is not a party to the separate relationship between a coach and a client.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify support@coachwrk.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may sign in with email and password or, where enabled, optional Google Sign-In. You must not create an account for someone else without permission or use another person’s credentials.
Coaches, clients, and permissions
Coaches are responsible for their invitations, instructions, workspace permissions, and the lawful basis or permission needed to collect and use client information. Coaches must respect client requests and must not upload information they are not entitled to use.
Clients are responsible for the information they submit and for following their coach’s instructions safely. The Privacy Policy explains how CoachWrk processes coach-controlled client data.
Content you submit
You keep your rights in content you submit, including plans, notes, answers, measurements, and photos. You grant CoachWrk a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content. We may remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or operation of CoachWrk.
Acceptable use
Do not use CoachWrk unlawfully or to harm another person. Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, share credentials, upload malware or infringing content, scrape or overload the service, interfere with another workspace, impersonate someone, or use the service to send spam.
You must follow applicable laws and keep your workspace information accurate. We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action to protect users and the service.
Coaching is not medical care
CoachWrk is a coaching-management tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor medical conditions and does not provide emergency or professional medical advice.
Coaches and clients are responsible for deciding when qualified medical advice is needed. Do not use CoachWrk for emergencies, and do not rely on it as a substitute for a licensed professional or an emergency service.
Payments outside CoachWrk
CoachWrk does not currently process payments between coaches and clients. Any payment, refund, cancellation, tax, or payment dispute handled outside CoachWrk is between the relevant parties, and CoachWrk is not a party to that transaction.
A coach may retain outside-payment records, including an amount, date, and client name, after a client account is deleted because those records are the coach’s own business records.
CoachWrk platform ownership
CoachWrk owns or licenses the CoachWrk name, website, software, design, documentation, and other platform materials. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service while your account is permitted to access it.
Do not copy, resell, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create a competing service from CoachWrk or its platform materials except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Availability and liability
We will use reasonable efforts to operate CoachWrk, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular result, or that the service will meet every coaching need.
To the extent permitted by law, CoachWrk is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, medical or coaching decisions, or transactions between a coach and client. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using CoachWrk and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these Terms, and will provide notice where practical.
Ending access does not erase coach-held outside-payment records or operational copies that are retained under the Privacy Policy. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including ownership, payment records, disclaimers, and dispute terms, continue after termination.
Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where practical. Continuing to use CoachWrk after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you disagree, stop using the service.
Contact support@coachwrk.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts in Egypt.
