Product

A walk through a coach’s work on the platform.

Inspect each step in detail: the form you send, reviewing the response, the next plan, what your client sees, and where the product stops.

Reviewing follow-ups

You decide what each client sends you and when. Every response joins one review queue, and opens beside their earlier numbers.

  • Follow-up forms with your questions

Build the form from weight, measurements such as waist, chest and arm, and front, side and back photos. Add numbers, ratings and written questions. Put it on a schedule, or send it once to one client or a group.

  • Longest wait first

Responses are ordered by how long they have waited. You set the review target in hours in your settings. A response past it stands out in the queue.

  • History beside the response

Submitted numbers become charts over 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months or all history. Compare two responses to the same form, photos included. Then publish a new plan, or record that nothing changes and tell the client why. Either way, they get a notification with the outcome.

Preparing the next plan

Build the workout or diet plan from the library, or from your own exercises and foods. Every edit stays a draft, and your client sees nothing until you publish.

  • Start from an existing plan

Start from the client’s current plan, a saved template or a blank page. Their latest response stays beside you while you edit. Change your mind, discard the draft, and the published plan stays as it was.

  • A ready library you can extend

It holds 873 exercises and 7,928 foods with macros. Add your own exercises with images and video links, and your own foods. A diet plan is split into meals, and the client sees macro totals for each day. Eligible foods let clients swap in a macro-equivalent item.

  • A copy for every client

Each plan is published to one client as a new version. Changing one client’s plan never changes anyone else’s. Publish from a review, and the client is notified that their new plan is ready.

The branded client experience

One app called CoachWrk, shown to each client under their coach’s name, logo and colour. You set that identity once, in your workspace.

Fig. 3Client app · the first screen in Captain Omar Fitness’s brand, and today’s workout and meals
  • Before sign-in

The client scans your workspace’s QR code or opens your email invitation. From then on, the first screen they see carries your name, your logo and your primary colour.

  • Their day, ready

Today’s workout as a checklist, and today’s meals in detail. The next follow-up asks one question per screen and saves answers as they go. Your notes on a workout appear under your name.

  • Where the branding stops

The app in the store is called CoachWrk, not your name. Your identity appears inside it once the client reaches your workspace.

Getting started, and the boundaries

Create your workspace and verify your email. Then set your name, logo and colour, and add your clients.

  • How clients join

Send an email invitation, or share your workspace’s QR code. Both lead to the same roster, and a name and contact are enough to begin.

  • Membership tracking

Record a membership with start and end dates, or a session pack. The roster shows what is ending soon and how many sessions remain. You can also record payments you received, with the amount, date and a note.

  • Not a payment gateway

Recording a membership or a payment is not collecting money. CoachWrk does not charge clients or send invoices. Collection happens outside the platform.
