CoachWrk is a multi-tenant platform: one shared product, with each coaching business running as its own private workspace. Coaches and managers run their practice from the web app; their trainees carry it in their pocket, in an app that looks and feels like the coach's own brand — not a generic, shared one.

A coaching business sells its own name, not ours. That's the problem CoachWrk is built around: a trainee should never feel like they downloaded a third-party tool. They should feel like they joined their coach's app.

Who it's for

CoachWrk is for coaches, trainers, and gym owners who manage staff and a client roster — people who need real access control (who can see what, who can edit what), and a trainee-facing experience that reflects their own business rather than a shared, unbranded one.

Where we're headed

The foundation — secure staff access, white-label branding, and trainee onboarding — is live today. On top of it, we're building the day-to-day tools coaches use to plan work and communicate with the people they train. That layer is still taking shape, and we'd rather ship it once it's genuinely useful than announce it early.
